Our bodies are temples of the Lord, and thus, you must maintain them so they can be a shining beacon of His love to everyone around you. In this section, you can find brief notes on me doing exactly that.
Hi there, as you probably have gathered thus far, I’m Rugtur. I am a 2026 iXchanger with a small obsession with keeping the office cups in a precise order.
Anyways, not sure how to put this so… Funfact list go!
Well, first of let’s start with age, I was born on the 26th of November 2007.
I’m usually quiet and reserved but helpful and kind… I hope : )
Serving others and bringing smiles to people gives me great joy. I continually strive to grow in my serving, rejoicing and praising. Growing closer to Him through faith.
Last but not least, I’m blessed to be part of the iXchange family here at HOFMI! (as you might have already guessed.)
What is the greatest achievement in life? The thing everyone works towards? to be Successful, rich and famous? To be happy, joyful and have a strong connection to family? Well, while all these things are noble achievements, they don’t fit together, do they? If you want to be the one, you’re going to struggle being the other.
And while both are remarkable, there truly is only one journey that gives you the satisfaction of both. Giving your plans up for God’s plans, a plan that’s built perfect from the start and made only for you.
And do you want to know the best part? All it takes is faith. Faith that the Holy Spirit will guide you on your journey, faith that Jesus is your Lord and Savior, faith that God’s word is the truth and the path to your salvation. All it takes is a foot in the door, and that small opening, will lead you into salvation and a life in Christ you could have never imagined.
Well let’s start by breaking the biggest misconceptions. iXchange isn’t “work” or an “internship” and it definitely isn’t easy. What it is though is a journey you walk with the Holy Spirit, Jesus and God, alongside the guidance of the Pastors and the help of the team leaders. A journey of learning to trust, to love, to submit, and to walk in the greatness of God.
You will face challenges, struggles, confrontation, each purposely placed on your path to help you grow. Luckly though, you’re not alone! You will have the guidance of the Holy Spirit on your side, not to mention fellow iXchangers, who are eager to help you grow and strong in their faith. They are more than willing to be both supportive but assertive and blunt if that’s what you need in the moment. No matter what though, know that the Father won’t ever give you something you can’t face.

On the outskirts of Morgenzon, sits Zuidvaal Jammery, or as I’ll refer to it, Oom Lotjie’s farm. Stretching throughout the Bloukop hills, filled with orchards and fields. It’s a really breathtaking place, especially in the mornings.
Anyways being able to sow a seed and help with the bountiful harvest was a difficult yet exciting adventure. The journey had its ups and down but still I hope that I’ll be able to sow a seed on the farm again soon.
This is were you can find all the adventures I've been on with my fellow iXchangers, see more by clicking below.
And welcome to Migallery page! Here you can find pictures of me, my family and all the adventures I've had at iXchange. (Or at least most of them)
In all, my first week of iXchange was a rollercoaster of emotions, nerves, laughter, and even some confusion at times, but in all, it was so far a great experience and really changed the way I think about and how I live my life. Not just physically, but spiritually too. I’ve never felt this close to God before, nor have I experienced such a nice and uplifting workforce.
Here you can find my notes and entries I make on various thoughts I have on various topics related to Ministry and my life within it. As you can probably tell by the name, I do this through Journaling. So sit back, grab a nice and warm cup of tea and read my deepest secrets…. or will you?
So far in this short yet very long and difficult challenge, I’ve finally realised that, really, social media is just a digital drug. Designed to get you hooked via flashing lights, quick videos, and engaging content, and while in moderation, it’s fine. The way people normally use social media can be dangerous or even hurt you because they don’t focus on…

All holy conversations, big or small, are opportunities to explore and grow in your faith and love towards the Lord. Here you can find some notes on spiritual conversations I’ve had with very spiritual people ; )
Faith comes by hearing the word of God, believing it in your heart and speaking it. But you can’t believe or speak it without hearing it first, so here you can find my notes on the Sunday services.
